2004 is over.
There is much I regret failing to record.
There is much I regret doing, or failing to do.
Many firsts, many changes, many puzzles, less safety, more adventure, more risk.
2005 is beginning.
There is much more I want to write.
There is much less I can name that I want to do.
More honesty, stronger boundaries, stabler routine, better grades, simpler life.
For 2005, no resolution, but a motto: stronger, simpler, stabler. Focus on culling all that is extraneous or dissatisfying and finding that which is faithful and true. 2004 has brought many complications and I don't like what they've made me. Time to start throwing them out.
I stand on rocks but am surrounded by water. Time to either get building or start walking.
