woke up in fall
My last free weekend was fine, I spent Friday->Saturday mostly home alone, puttering. Finished the Love Hina episodes over the weekend. Found them indeed delightful, though it shows no sign of unseating my current fav. To complete the otaku kick, I dragged Clifton to see Spirited Away down at the Neptune. Yes, even firsthand this is a movie that deserves its 100% good reviews. Clifton actually sent me an email...

So if you want to see me, you'd better not do it Monday or Wednesday! heh. It is kind of nice having 4 days a week where no EDCC parking is required, though I'll probably be working 3 hours every weekday no matter what. Beats the HELL out of waking up at 4am, though I am finding that it's almost as hard to take the 6am wakup out as it was to put it in. I'll get over it.
Speaking of 4am wakeups, Mike the Manager was very nice about me quitting, and promised me a job if I ever cared to come back. We'll see, Mike.
Today I'm stuck carless till noon, the Camry's in the shop so mom had to take mah k-roll to work. Deb, still up for a movie today?
Best of luck to poor Graham, who would be worse off than me execept he's already at western.
PS Yarr! My scanner is causing my comp's entire USB system to shut down halfway through scanning. More than a little alarming.
I was just mulling over the movie "Spirited Away" again. I have to say, I was really happy to see it on the bigscreen, but here's something very interesting, it took several hours for the full impact of the movie to make it's complete impression on me. I was, dare I say it, euphoric for a few days when I thought of that movie. It was sooooo good.Well! Don't I feel special. :) You should all see it now too, so you can see what he's talking about.
