I know I've "promised" a heavier entry than what you've got, but trust me I've got a week and a day worth of baggage to unpack onto LJ's overloaded servers. I'm just as anxious to hear it as I like to think you are. It involves such heavies as "sense of belonging", "ownership of place", and "what Maui can do for your skin color" and maybe even "what a sister can teach you". Big stuff.
