The PhatLAN end-of-summer blowout/Clifton's birthday lan went quite well. Better than *cough* 200man lan. :D Found my massively irritating computer instability problem: apparantly the 9700 wants DDR RAM, not PC133. Am going to give it what it wants on Monday. Until then, I'm on a strict no-game diet. :(
Got a generous gift of a vintage German down comforter from my Aunt; the thing is 3 inches thick and quite nice. Am slightly nervous about being responsible for such a luxurious thing.
Wiring front audio in a case is much harder than it looks.
