an early thanks
Nov. 16th, 2003 11:56 pmtoday, very boring, homework was super-easy, yayers, tonight, better, Jer invited me his friend's early thanksgiving dinner tonight at 7, his ex Marisa was cooking a huge spread for about 20 people in a 3-bedroom apartment, it was very cramped and I didn't know anyone but the food was amazing and most people were very nice, I found a CAL-M CS player named William that was pretty cool, I could tell he was cal-m just by looking at his computer I swear, missing windows key, huge monitor, microphone on top, mouse bungee, you get the idea, anyway we had candied yams, cornbread stuffing with cranberries, fantastic turkey and gravy, pecan pie, all of it homemade, scratch, and absolutely fantastic, about $200 worth of food, I don't think I'll need to eat again until lunchtime tomorrow, besides nothing I can cook here will be delicious enough to even be appealing, ain't that the way with single-guy cooking, anyway tomorrow Josh is coming up for Stuart's night and I'm stoked, I wish I had something to read but writing is strange and hard, besides I've been working on a pet coding project that is both interesting and educational and is taking up lots of time I don't feel guilty about giving it, besides very little around me is gripping at the moment, all of these are excuses for me not bothering to dig into something I feel enough to actually write about it, it's almost midnight anyway and I have class at 10 so I should stretch and get to bed.
