Funny how over the course of a few months staying up till 2am to finish a project can go from exceptional to mundane. The things necessary to succeed in this degree really amaze me sometime.

Jeremy picked up another call while talking to his fiance. His voice went from "fag of the year Jeremy" to "manly server admin Jeremy" in 2 rings flat. When the call was over the reverse occurred. It's like he's two different people.

I got a lead on a new place for fall and summer with one of my co-workers. Looks promising, as long as there's a place for my big loud fileserver.

Becky came into the housing office today to try to apply for fall quarter housing. I suspect everyone there now thinks I have a girlfriend. This would probably not be bad for my reputation, actually. Iain's the type of guy to give me crap about it because he thinks it makes him one of the guys. Sorry, but if you're my boss, don't try to be anything else.
I think I worry about this too much and should stop.
