I actually had a really good nectarine today, and I thought I should mention it, but it just seemed so boring without jazzing it up a bit. One thing led to another and...
I had a nectarine today that was the culmination of every good thing that can be concieved under the term "nectarine." With the first bite, I shuddered and could hardly stand under the ecstacy as its flesh made sweet, sweet love to my taste buds. I cut little peices from it to prolong the experience, each bite more rapturous than the last. Finally, the pit lie naked before me, having given its whole self in expressing its passion to exist for my pleasure. Its juices lingered on my fingers, the smell on my face and hands a sweet reminder of the love it gave to me. I want nothing of food for the rest of the day, as it could not possibly live up to the pure delight of that nectarine.
I'm so very sorry.
