Well, conflicted mostly. Opinions on war are like fingers, most people have two or three, but please don't stick them in my face. War is something that provokes a strong response in people, just look at story comments (slashdot >3500 comments, fark lost count). As for myself, I don't really have much of an opinion, I'm mostly glad that we're finally doing something instead of pussyfooting around. I don't like that the president has the power to fight undeclared war, and that in choosing to do so he is ignoring the American people he supposedly represents. But it's clear that there's nothing I can do about it and, fortunately for me, I don't expect to feel many repercussions either. It seems as if history marches on without me, and I'm OK with that.
