-Jennifer Knapp. Something about this album... for all its Evil Corporateness there was something about it I couldn't escape. I feel so unmanly, stealing my sister's CDs and actually liking them. This does not speak well of my sister's taste in music. Sorry Whit, but most of your stuff... subpar. It's not your fault, though. You're 15. Heck, I was so corporate at 15.... wait, no I wasn't! The Pumpkins were my one indulgence, beyond that I couldn't stand pop radio, but I put up with it. Whatever. Not an argument I care to have with myself.

My hairy-ass C++ project is going mighty well, if I so dare to tease Karma with predicitons of success. Jeremy's email server is down again so I can ask for any help though. What is it with that thing? Always seems to go down at the moment I need it. Unfair.

Much props to the LJ staff for FUX0R1NG DOWN YOUR OWN SERVICE for a SOLID WEEK. Nice move guys. Couldn't anyone on your staff have seen that one coming? It wasn't exactly Pearl Harbor (the attack, no the movie). "Golly, we've got 5000 new accounts this quarter? MAYBE we should add a server! Naaaah...."

Convention Thursday (AM). I guess I can get out the Summer Hymns album. I have kept myself from listening to it until now. Literally. No matter how bad I wanted to, would not let myself listen to it any more until convention. I really couldn't give you a good reason why, either. Is that weird? Probably.
