I can't seem to get outside enough

Today I woke up and realized that church would be a really good idea. Graham was off gallavanting around Mount Vernon with his family, so I went alone, and late, but it was really good. What was the message about but planning, plans that go wrong, plans made with God in mind, plans that God has and work out that don't look right at all. I sense Him speaking - too many dreams and coincidences like this of late - but it's hard to hear direction when it seems I have choices to make and not answers to divine. I'm not used to that. *sigh* wait and pray, wait and pray.
Oh, and I got hotdogs for lunch at fred meyer for $0.50. Go me. They also had a jazz band playing. That was pretty weird. I mean, this isn't disneyland, it's a department store.

The hotdogs made sense. Live jazz in a grocery store? Grand opening or no, it didn't feel very grocery-storish.

But I shouldn't complain, it beats Peter Grabriel all to heck.

Our church is still doing the 7 week series about the 7 deadly sins.... this week: envy. it turned out to be very uplifting and helpful but I took one look at the bulletin and just started cracking up. I find He has quite the sense of humor when trying to "speak" to me.... :D
