don't fidget in interviews

We held our interviews for the CGI position today. These candidates were interviewing to replace Cameron. We were fortunate to have a very highly qualified person apply, and are hopeful that he can stand working with us slobs.
Lisa also interviewed the other web staff candidate, and I'm hopeful that she'll make the same choice Josh and I did. It was obvious enough to us that I'm hopeful to the point of certainty, but still.
For the first time since working here I'm really stoked about the new staff we've got. The last round of CGI employees was so miserable that I wasn't looking forward to this one. We're pretty lucky.
Now I'm in the somewhat odd position of conflict regarding poor Cameron. As good as it would be for him to get work right after graduation, I also would like him to stick around till September to make my life and finances easier. We'll see. I've been so outrageously blessed with my living situation(s) that I keep wondering when the other shoe will drop. Nothing much more to do than what I've always done, I suppose.
24 was a strange season with an excellent ending. Bauer is dead, long live Bauer! Soon, movie nights will resume. Maybe not till school's out. We'll see.
Ok, I'm halfway to bed already. Time to climb in.
