fly strips work good for the last bit--get the ones in a pull-out tray so you don't run into the sticky strips with fly guts.

As for the rest, you're on your own...

We have fly strips on all the plants but they don't seem to cut it. I think we need screens on the windows too. Stupid property managers don't consider screenless windows "broken".
