a very good year

intjonathanThe suburbs are booming and only fire can quench them.
I guess my whinging about not having 4th plans paid off, because this was the best year in recent memory. I got to go swimming at a lake house, enjoy far too much delicious food, and see the Lake Union show from a lovely apartment sunroom. An all-American good time, even with mostly unfamiliar faces. Noon to midnight of socializing, eating, and watching views of the water. Ahhh, I love my country indeed.
Hope everyone else had their share of danger, sunshine and barbecued meats this year! I'm to bed to try and sleep through the remaining 2 hours of explosions around the lake.
