big year this year. big geeky year.

New sound card
A Nostromo N50 gaming pad
New bitchin' 21" monitor (at least I think of it as mine! :))
MGSPC and Curse of Monkey Island (take that Ryan)
The absolutely beautiful DC game Skies of Arcadia
-oh, and the DC mouse (presumably for NetBSD?)
The only music CD was Sigur Rós' Ágætis Byrjun
A 120-disc case logic binder
A coat that resembles this one
The family gots us one of them newfangly dee-vee-dee players.
Oh, and symphony tickets for Beethoven's 9th in January. I'm feelin' the culture, baby!

My parents are gone till 6pm tomorrow, which ordinarily would mean party at my place, but not this time. So I'm TRYING to go to Ryan's but he hasn't called or nothin. Crud. Maybe tomorrow. I'm not working till next year (heh) so I should try and throw something together when they get back. Hmmm.

Hey, quake 3 has a zoom mode. That's cool.

Back to cleaning my room. Joy.

heh, it would have been a whiole before i actually got around to burning you Curse of Monkey Island...true..
and now you get an original;)
But I have Grim Fandango! and soon I'll be getting Full Throttle... mwuhahahaha...

good ol' lucasarts games..

ever actually play trhouhg jedi knight's single player? Josh wasnt ever fond of it. But I consider it excellent for an fps single player story. Maybe it isnt half-life, but it was made round the time Quake2 was released. 3 extra stars for beign a few years ahead of its time=)
