foreverunnamed's house got around to answering teh phone and telling me WTF was going on. I met the crew at the Shoreline Shari’s, had a strawbana shake and felt better quickly enough. It was cool to see Paul and have him explain himself. <frank> He reminds me of what Lee would be like if Lee had been doled out his share of health and self-esteem. </frank> Of course, that's on 2 minute's notice. He might eventually remind me of a more annoying Graham, perhaps with a touch of Eric's snideness. I should script up an LJ friends mixer. Fade up one friend, mix down another, and see which friend you end up with! Aside from being really cool, this is also impossible! I'll get started right away!

Oh yeah, Portland. For the record, Oregon is not part of Canada, and I resent the accusation. Canada is cooler.
But I was there, Oregon I mean, and it was as Lailey put it, "shadowed".
Actually it's so depressing I don't think I want to talk about it yet. I'll put a few private entries behind me before I attempt succinctness.
"vacation" day tomorrow. Really all it is is not working. The rest of it's schoolwork. Bleh. That's what I get for reading The Return of the King all weekend I suppose.
