OK, the folks at Reseller Ratings are going to get an earful of this one and so is SVC. Totally unacceptable. They have neither explained nor apologized when they are in clear violation of their own shipping policy.

I placed this order on Monday the 11th at 4:30pm, shouldn't it have shipped on Tuesday the 12th according to your "Platinum Policy" as follows:
