I placed this order on Monday the 11th at 4:30pm, shouldn't it have shipped on Tuesday the 12th according to your "Platinum Policy" as follows:
"Orders recieved after 3:00PM PST will ship the next day."?

I love your parts and prices but this shipping discrepancy is confusing and frustrating. Please explain!

OK, the folks at Reseller Ratings are going to get an earful of this one and so is SVC. Totally unacceptable. They have neither explained nor apologized when they are in clear violation of their own shipping policy.

I could've told you that.. SVC, although a good retailer, has this habbit of offering good deals that get posted to the "hot deals" forums. Because of this I can only imagine that they get somewhat backlogged like a mo-fo. I never read anything on their platinum policy, but I remember the last "hot deal" I ordered from them took about 4-5 days to ship, I think.

Bleh.
