Good riddance

intjonathanI realized (when I was reading the comics, no less) that 2002 was almost over. In fact as I write this it is over. That... totally rules. 2002 sucked from top to bottom, and improved only marginally by the end. It's not like good things didn't happen, in fact there were more than I care to list here. But over all of it hung the pall of the death and destruction that came to my door in March. So I join with Josh in saying a final Fuck You to 2002, and may the new year hold promise and joy for all of us and you.
How did I ring in this new year of thrills? LAN party, of course! I've gone the last 27 hours with 30 minutes of sleep! I've been gaming for the last 12 of those hours! Sound ridiculous? Probably. It felt right, though. I sent the year out the way I rang it in.
