did the one I gave you work at all or did the lid stay stuck on? I really wanted to give you the one like cameron's but I live really far from the nearest ikea. :S

I got it figured out, but it turns out it's designed specifically for hard cheeses like parmesan, so it's more of a sometimes tool. It's fun, but it works alongside another grater rather than instead of.

hah, I too have Mario on my list along with another remote so I can finally return yours (that should have happened months ago, sorry!).

christmas lists are harder to make as I get older, mainly because the things I need (a new mattress, a car tune-up soon, my student loans paid off - wishful thinking belongs on a wish list!) are all things I need to get myself.

Although I did ask for one of those nifty sun alarms that wake you up by making the room slowly brighter :D
